Amendments and Supplements Requiring Consent of Holders. Of Senior Indebtedness No amendment or modification to Article 10, this Section 9.7 or Section 11.6 may be made to this Indenture without the consent of holders of at least a majority of the outstanding principal amount of each class of Designated Senior Indebtedness that would be adversely affected by such amendment or modification; provided, however, that if some but not all classes of Designated Senior Indebtedness consent to any such amendment or modification, such amendment or modification shall be effective with respect to each consenting class.
