Common use of Amendments and Waivers by the Majority Lenders Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Waivers by the Majority Lenders. Subject to Section 19.2, the provisions of the Credit Documents may be amended or waived, and consents thereunder may be given, only by an instrument signed by the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent (as applicable), with the approval of the Majority Lenders, and in the case of an amendment, also signed by the relevant Credit Party.
