Amendments; Applicable Law. None of the terms or provisions of this Agreement may be amended except by an instrument in writing, duly executed by the Pledgee. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of such jurisdiction.
