The amendments contained in this First Supplemental Indenture shall apply to the Notes only and not to any other series of Debt Securities issued under the Indenture, and any covenants provided herein are expressly being included solely for the benefit of the Notes and not for the benefit of any other series of Debt Securities issued under the Indenture.
