Amendments; Binding Effect. This Agreement, including this Section 13.6 and the exhibits and schedules hereto, shall not be amended or modified except by an instrument in writing signed by or on behalf of all of the Parties. The provisions of this Agreement shall constitute a covenant running with the land and shall remain in full force and effect and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
