Common use of Amendments by you Clause in Contracts

Amendments by you. 3.1 You may change, stop or defer a debit payment, or terminate this agreement by providing your school or us with at least 3 days’ notification by writing to: School EasyPay, XX Xxx 000, Xxxxxxx XXX 0000 OR by telephoning us on 02 9556 7590 during business hours; OR arranging it through your own financial institution, which is required to act promptly on your instructions.
