Amendments; Changes; Modifications. This Agreement (a) may be amended, supplemented, or modified only by written instrument duly executed by the Parties; (b) such written instrument shall be incorporated into this Agreement; and (c) shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
