Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Administrative Agent shall not be bound by any waiver, amendment, supplement or modification hereof or of any other Loan Document which affects its duties, rights, and/or functions hereunder or thereunder unless it shall have given its prior written consent thereto.
