Common use of Amendments; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Agreement (i) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and (ii) supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements (whether written or oral and whether express or implied) between the Parties to the extent related to the subject matter of this Agreement. No amendment of any provision of this Agreement will be valid unless the amendment is in writing and signed by Employer and Employee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the obligations under this Agreement with respect to any termination of employment of Employee, for whatever reason, supersede any severance or related obligations of Employer in any policy, plan or practice of Employer or any agreement between Employee and Employer.
