Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Lease contains the entire agreement between the Parties and is intended by the Parties to set forth their entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any agreement hereafter made shall be ineffective to change, modify or discharge this Lease, in whole or in part, unless such agreement is in writing and signed by both parties to this Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree that all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements between or amongst themselves or their agents are merged in or revoked by this Lease. The individuals signing this Lease, by signing this Lease, individually represent and warrant that they have the authority to sign this Lease on behalf of the Party for whom they are signing and to bind such Party to the terms and conditions of this Lease. In no event shall any member, shareholder, officer or director of either Landlord or Tenant have any personal liability under this Lease. Words of any gender in this Lease shall be held to include any other gender and words in the singular number shall be held to include the plural as the sentence requires; and visa-versa.
