Amendments, etc.; Additional Grantors; Successors and Assigns. (a) No amendment to or waiver of any provision of this Agreement nor consent to any departure by any Grantor herefrom, shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by the Administrative Agent and, with respect to any such amendment, by the Grantors and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given. This Agreement shall be construed as a separate agreement with respect to each Grantor and may be amended, modified, supplemented, waived or released with respect to any Grantor without the approval of any other Grantor and without affecting the obligations of any other Grantor hereunder.
