Amendments; Expenses; Subservicers. This Section 3.06 may be amended in writing, executed by the parties hereto for purposes of complying with or to conform to standards developed within the commercial mortgage-backed securities market, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement. The Subservicer’s obligations under this Section 3.06 shall be performed by it in all cases at its own expense.

The Subservicer’s obligations under this Section 3.06 shall be performed by it in all cases at its own expense. The Subservicer shall cause any subservicing agreement entered into by it pursuant to Section 2.02 to contain provisions requiring the related subservicer to perform the obligations of the Subservicer under this Section 3.06.
