Amendments: Indemnification. The indemnities contained in Section 6.2 will survive the resignation, removal or termination of any Indemnified Person or the termination of this Agreement. Any repeal or modification of this ARTICLE VI will not adversely affect any rights of such Indemnified Person pursuant to this ARTICLE VI, including the right to indemnification and to the advancement of expenses of an Indemnified Person existing at the time of such repeal or modifications with respect to any acts or omissions occurring prior to such repeal or modification.
