Common use of Amendments; Limited Agency Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Limited Agency. Except as provided in this Section 10.3, no amendment, waiver or other modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless signed by the Purchaser and the Seller and consented to in writing by the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Required Lenders. The Purchaser shall provide not less than five (5) Business Days’ prior written notice of any such amendment to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, each Lender and each Lender Agent.
