Amendments; Minor Amendments. Any changes to the provisions of this Contract’s dollar amount, must be made by written amendment and approved by the Chief Procurement Officer or City Council to be valid. Any other changes to the provisions of this Contract, including changes to the scope of work, key personnel, Subconsultants or other changes, must be made by written amendment and approved as pursuant to PCC 5.68 and the PTE Manual.
