Common use of Amendments, Notices and Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Supplier will not amend, in any material respect that affects the interests of Novation, the Clients or the Members, or terminate said liability insurance or self-insurance program except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Novation and will provide to Novation copies of all notices and endorsements as soon as practicable after it receives or gives them.
