Amendments of Certain Indebtedness. Amend, modify or change in any manner, any term or condition of any Subordinated Indenture Indebtedness or any refinancing of any Subordinated Indenture Indebtedness so that the terms and conditions thereof are less favorable in all material respects to the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the L/C Issuers than the terms and conditions of the relevant Subordinated Indenture Indebtedness as of the later of the Closing Date or the date of incurrence thereof; provided that the Company may enter into supplements to the Indenture (as required by the terms of the Indenture) if the sole effect of such supplements is to add additional guarantors of the Subordinated Indenture Indebtedness.
