Amend or otherwise modify any of its Constituent Documents to the extent any such amendment or modification could reasonably be expected to adversely affect any of the Secured Parties or change its jurisdiction of incorporation (except to a jurisdiction in the United States upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent).
