Common use of Amendments of Legislative Approvals or Subsequent Approvals Clause in Contracts

Amendments of Legislative Approvals or Subsequent Approvals. No Subsequent Approval that is granted pursuant to this Development Agreement, or amendment of a Legislative Approval or Subsequent Approval that is consented to by Landowner, shall require an amendment to this Development Agreement. Instead, so long as Landowner consents, any such amendment shall automatically be deemed a Legislative Approval or a Subsequent Approval, as applicable, and vested under this Development Agreement.
