Amendments Of Limited Partnership Or Operating Agreements. Each Borrower shall not, shall not cause to occur and shall not permit any amendment, modification or supplement of or to any of the terms or provisions of such Borrower's Limited Partnership Agreement or, in the case of Income Fund I, its Operating Agreement, which amendment, modification or supplement would affect, limit or otherwise impair such Borrower's ability to pay the Obligations or perform its obligations under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.
