Amendments of Organization Documents; Fiscal Year; Legal Name, State of Formation; Form of Entity and Accounting Changes. (a) Amend any of its Organization Documents in a manner which would reasonably be expected to be adverse to the Administrative Agent and/or any of the Lenders; (b) change its fiscal year; (c) without providing ten (10) days prior written notice to the Administrative Agent (or such extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), change its name, state of formation or form of organization; or (d) make any chance in accounting policies or reporting practices, except as required by GAAP.

(a) Amend any of its Organization Documents in a manner which if such amendment would reasonably be expected to be materially adverse to the Administrative Agent and/or any interests of the LendersLender; (b) change its fiscal year; (c) without providing ten (10) days prior written notice to the Administrative Agent Lender (or such extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative AgentLender), change its name, state of formation or formation, form of organizationorganization or principal place of business; or (d) make any chance material change in accounting policies or reporting practices, except as required by GAAP.

(a) Amend any of its Organization Documents in a manner which would that could reasonably be expected to be adverse lead to the Administrative Agent and/or any of the Lendersa Material Adverse Effect; (b) change its fiscal year; (c) without providing ten thirty (1030) days prior written notice to the Administrative Agent (or such extended period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), change its name, state of formation or formation, form of organizationorganization or principal place of business; or (d) make any chance change in accounting policies or reporting practices, except as required by GAAPGAAP or as required by Borrower’s external auditors.

(a) Amend any of its Organization Documents in a any manner which would reasonably be expected to be adverse to that materially and adversely affects the interests of the Administrative Agent and/or any of and the Lenders; (b) change its fiscal year; (c) without providing ten (10) days days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent (or such extended other period of time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), change its name, state of formation or formation, form of organizationorganization or principal place of business; or (d) make any chance material change in accounting policies or reporting practices, except as required by GAAP.
