Amendments or Supplements to Registration Statement or Prospectus. The Company will deliver to the Representative, prior to filing, any amendment or supplement to the Registration Statement or Prospectus or Rule 462(b) Registration Statement proposed to be filed after the Effective Date and the Company shall not file any such amendment or supplement or Rule 462(b) Registration Statement to which the Representative shall reasonably object.
