Common use of Amendments or Supplements Clause in Contracts

Amendments or Supplements. During the Prospectus Delivery Period, the Company will, before amending or supplementing the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information or the Prospectus, furnish to the Representative a copy of each such proposed amendment or supplement and will not file any such proposed amendment or supplement to which the Representative reasonably objects unless, in the Company’s good faith judgment, the Company is required by law or regulation to make such filing.
