Amendments Relating to Bond LCs. In furtherance of the amendment provisions in Section 8.01 of the Credit Agreement, no amendment, waiver or consent shall, unless in writing and signed by all Lenders, do any of the following: (a) waive any of the conditions specified in Section 2.2, (b) release any of the Pledged Bonds except upon reimbursement for the drawings related to such Pledged Bonds or as otherwise provided in this Supplement or the Pledge Agreement or (c) amend, waive, supplement or otherwise modify this Section 6.1.
