Common use of AMENDMENTS REQUIRED BY PRIME Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENTS REQUIRED BY PRIME. NSF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT Seller agrees that, upon the request of BATTELLE, it will negotiate in good faith with BATTELLE relative to amendments to this Agreement to incorporate additional clauses herein or to change clauses hereof, as BATTELLE may reasonably deem necessary in order to comply with the clauses of the prime NSF Cooperative Agreement or with the clauses of amendments to the prime NSF Cooperative Agreement. If any such amendment to this Agreement causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, performance of any part of the Services under this Agreement, an equitable adjustment shall be made pursuant to the “Changes” clause of this Agreement.
