Common use of Amendments Requiring Consent of the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Amendments Requiring Consent of the Servicer. Without limiting the other provisions of this Article XII, this Indenture may not be amended in a manner that is adverse to the rights, interests or obligations of the Servicer, including increasing the obligations of the Servicer, without the written consent of the Servicer. For the avoidance of doubt, the consent of the Servicer is not required for (i) the waiver of any Event of Default, Target Amortization Event or Facility Early Amortization Event or (ii) any other modification or amendment to any Event of Default, Target Amortization Event or Facility Early Amortization Event except those related to the actions and omissions of the Servicer.
