Amendments; Severability. (a) This Agreement may be amended or modified at any time by an instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto. (b) The provisions of this Agreement are severable, such that in the event any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remainder of this Agreement will nevertheless be binding and enforceable.
