Common use of Amendments; Severability Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Severability. This Agreement may be amended at any time by the Committee, provided that no amendment may, without the consent of the Grantee, materially and adversely affect the Grantee’s rights with respect to the Award. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, such that in the event any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remainder of this Agreement will nevertheless be binding and enforceable.
