Amendments, Supplements and Modifications. This FAA may be amended, supplemented, or modified to provide for additional financial assistance for the Project by the CWFP to the Municipality or for other purposes. All amendments, supplements, and modifications shall be in writing between the CWFP (by DNR and DOA acting under authority of the Statute) and the Municipality.
