Amendments, Supplements and Modifications. This Financing Agreement shall not be amended, supplemented or modified except by a written instrument executed by the Authority and the School District and, if such amendment occurs after the issuance of the Authority Bonds, upon compliance with the provisions of Sections 7.10 of the Master Resolution. Execution in Counterparts. This Financing Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute but one and the same instrument.
