Common use of Amendments, Supplements and Modifications Clause in Contracts

Amendments, Supplements and Modifications. This Loan Contract may not be amended, supplemented or modified without the prior written consent of NIFA; provided, however, the consent of NIFA is not required to revise Attachment B and Attachment C hereto. An executed copy of any amendment to this Loan Contract including revision of Attachments shall be immediately provided to NIFA.
