Amendments to 2017 Term Loan Agreement. The definition of “Applicable Margin” is hereby deleted in its entirety and shall be replaced effective as of the date hereof by the following:
Amendments to 2017 Term Loan Agreement. (a) The 2017 Term Loan Agreement is, upon the occurrence of the Amendment Effective Date (as defined in Section 4 below), hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: underlinedtext) as set forth in the pages of the 2017 Term Loan Agreement attached as Annex A (as so amended, the “Amended Term Loan Agreement”).
