Amendments to Administration Agreement and Advisory Agreement. The Collateral Manager shall notify the Administrative Agent of any proposed amendment or modification of the Administration Agreement or the Advisory Agreement. Such notice shall be delivered not less than ten days prior to the proposed effective date of such amendment or modification.

  • Amendments to Agreement This Agreement, or any term thereof, may be changed or waived only by written amendment signed by the party against whom enforcement of such change or waiver is sought.
