Common use of Amendments to Article 2 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Article 2. (a) Section 2.06 of the Indenture is hereby amended by adding, immediately following the final paragraph of such Section 2.06: Notes issued in global form shall be substantially in the form of Exhibits D-1 or D-2 attached hereto (including the Global Security Legend thereon and the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Security” attached thereto). Notes issued in definitive form shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1 attached hereto (but without the Global Security Legend thereon and without the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto). (b) Section 2.08 of the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting such Section 2.08 in its entirety and replacing it with the following Section 2.08:
