Common use of Amendments to Article I Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Article I. Article I of the Credit Agreement, DEFINITIONS, is hereby amended by adding the following definitions thereto in appropriate alphabetical order, and deleting in their entirety any existing definition of any the following, respectively, currently set forth therein:
