Common use of Amendments to Article III of Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Article III of Base Indenture. Solely for purposes of the Series A Notes, (i) Sections 3.2 and 3.3 of the Base Indenture are hereby deemed amended by removing any reference therein to accrued and unpaid interest to the date fixed for redemption being payable on any Series A Notes upon Redemption (in addition to the applicable redemption price) and (ii) for the avoidance of doubt, the “applicable redemption price” referred to therein shall be the Redemption Price.
