Amendments to Article X of the Base Indenture. (a) For purposes of the Notes, Section 10.01 of the Base Indenture shall be amended and restated in its entirety with the following: “The Company covenants and agrees for the benefit of the Notes that it will duly and punctually pay the Repurchase Price and Installment Payments on the Notes in accordance with the terms of the Notes and this Indenture.”
