Common use of Amendments to Certain Agreements Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Certain Agreements. (a) Terminate or agree to any amendment, supplement, or other modification of (pursuant to a waiver or otherwise), or waive any of its rights under, any organizational documents of any of the Group Members, if such termination, amendment, supplement or other modification or waiver, in light of the then existing circumstances at the time made, taken as a whole, could reasonably be expected to be materially adverse to the Group Members, taken as a whole, or any Agent, any Lender or any other Secured Party.
