Amendments to Charges. We may amend the Charges: (a) by giving you 30 days’ written notice if our supplier’s charges increase or there is a change to foreign exchange rates that increases our New Zealand dollar costs; and (b) on each anniversary of the Commencement Date by giving you 30 days written notice.
