Common use of Amendments to Clarify and Correct Errors and Defects Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Clarify and Correct Errors and Defects. The parties may amend this Agreement, without the consent of any Creditor Representatives, Creditors or Certificateholders, for the purposes of (i) curing any ambiguity, correcting an error or correcting or supplementing any provision of this Agreement that may be defective or inconsistent with the other terms of this Agreement or (ii) evidencing the acceptance of the appointment under this Agreement by a successor owner trustee, and to add to or change this Agreement as necessary to facilitate the administration of the trusts under this Agreement by more than one owner trustee.
