Common use of Amendments to Compensation Schemes and Fees of Technical Committee Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Compensation Schemes and Fees of Technical Committee. Approve any amendment to compensation schemes or fees or any other concept in favor of the members of the Technical Committee or equivalent body; provided, that the Holders of CBFIs that are considered Related Parties with respect to such amendments shall refrain from voting on the corresponding resolutions of the Ordinary Holders Meetings in which such matter is discussed, without affecting the quorum required for the installation of such Ordinary Holders Meetings.
