Amendments to Constituent Documents. Lessor shall not amend or permit to be amended its Membership Agreement or other constituent documents or the rights attaching to membership interests in Lessor if such amendment could reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on its ability to perform its obligations under this Facility Lease and the other Lease Documents to which it is a party or the validity or enforceability of such Lease Documents.
