Amendments to Definitions in the Credit Agreement. Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the definitions of "Applicable Margin", "Commitment Period", "Consolidated EBITDA", "Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio", "Maximum Revolving Amount" and "Total Commitment Amount" therefrom and inset in place thereof, respectively, the following:
