Common use of Amendments to Existing Securities Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Existing Securities Purchase Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 hereof, the Existing Securities Purchase Agreement is hereby amended in the manner specified in Exhibit A hereto.
