Common use of Amendments to Finnvera Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Finnvera Guarantee. The Administrative Agent agrees that it shall not agree to any amendment, waiver or other modification of the Finnvera Guarantee unless the Required Lenders have approved such action in writing and that, so long as the Loans have not been accelerated in accordance with Article VIII or required to be prepaid in accordance with Article IX, the Administrative Agent shall not agree to any amendment, waiver or other modification of the Finnvera Guarantee unless the Borrower has approved such action in writing, provided that even if the Loans have been accelerated in accordance with Article VIII or required to be prepaid in accordance with Article IX, no amendment, waiver or other modification of the Finnvera Guarantee may, directly or indirectly, adversely affect the Borrower unless the Borrower has approved such action in writing.
