Common use of Amendments to Indenture Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Indenture. For the purposes of this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture only, 1.3.1 Section 1.1 of the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting the definition of “FATCA”. 1.3.2 Section 10.5(i) of the Indenture is hereby amended by sequentially inserting new clauses (M) and (N) after clause (L), deleting clause (I) and re-numbering the Section accordingly:
