Amendments to Individual Water Sales Contracts. Individual Water Sales Contracts described in Section 9.01 may be amended with the written concurrence of San Francisco and the Wholesale Customer which is a party to that Individual Water Sales Contract; provided that the amendment is not inconsistent with this Agreement or in derogation of the Fundamental Rights of other Wholesale Customers under this Agreement.
