Common use of Amendments to Loan Assets Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Loan Assets. The Servicer will deliver to the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Collateral Custodian a copy of any material amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification to the Underlying Instruments of any Loan Asset (along with any internal documents prepared by the Servicer and provided to its investment committee in connection with such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification) within ten (10) Business Days of the effectiveness of such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification.

Amendments to Loan Assets. The Servicer will deliver to the Administrative Agent, the Lenders Lender Agents and the Collateral Custodian a copy of any material amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification to the Underlying Instruments Loan Agreement of any Loan Asset (along with any internal documents prepared by the Servicer and provided to its investment committee in connection with such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification) within ten (10) 10 Business Days of the effectiveness of such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification.

Amendments to Loan Assets. The Servicer will deliver to the Administrative Agent, the Lenders Agent (who will provide each Lender with a copy promptly upon receipt thereof) and the Collateral Custodian a copy of any material amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification to the Underlying Instruments Loan Agreement of any Loan Asset (along with any internal documents prepared by the Servicer and provided to its investment committee in connection with such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification) within ten (10) 10 Business Days of the effectiveness of such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification.
