Amendments to Existing Agreement The Existing Agreement is, effective as of the date hereof and subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2 hereof, hereby amended as follows:
Amendments to Existing Credit Agreement Effective on (and subject to the occurrence of) the Effective Date, the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in accordance with this Part II. Except as so amended, the Existing Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to Loan Agreement The Loan Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Amendments to Servicing Agreement The Issuer covenants with the Indenture Trustee that it will not enter into any amendment or supplement to the Servicing Agreement without the prior written consent of the Indenture Trustee.
Amendment to Existing Credit Agreement Subject to the occurrence of the Second Amendment Effective Date (as hereinafter defined), the Existing Credit Agreement is amended in accordance with this Article II.
Amendment to Loan Agreement Subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3 below, the Loan Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Amendments to Loan Documents Upon any such assignment, the Borrower and the Guarantors shall, upon the request of the Agent, enter into such documents as may be reasonably required by the Agent to modify the Loan Documents to reflect such assignment.
Amendment to Loan Documents The Borrower shall not amend any of the Loan Documents except pursuant to the applicable terms thereof and Section 12.5 of this Agreement.
Amendments to Note Agreement (a) Section 1(a) of the Note Agreement is hereby amended by amending and restating in its entirety as follows:
Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement The Existing Credit Agreement is, effective as of the date of this Amendment and Restatement and subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2, hereby amended as follows:
