Amendments to Operative Agreements Affecting Agent. Without the prior written consent of Agent, no amendment of, supplement to, or waiver or modification of, any Operative Agreement shall adversely affect Agent's rights or immunities or modify or increase the duties or obligations of Agent with respect to any Operative Agreement.
