Common use of Amendments to Original Receivables Financing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Original Receivables Financing Agreement. Effective as of the date hereof and subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 hereof, the Original Receivables Financing Agreement is hereby amended to add or delete such text as may be necessary to conform the Original Receivables Financing Agreement to the agreement attached as Exhibit A.
